Nandini leads Delivery at GlobalLogic’s Noida, India location. Noida is the largest Engineering delivery center of GlobalLogic in India with a workforce of over 1200. In her role as Vice President of Delivery and Center Head of Noida, Nandini manages complex technical and commercial projects and oversees the center’s end-to-end delivery services and profitability. She plays an instrumental role in GlobalLogic’s pre-sales process, and has extensive experience ramping up large engineering labs. As a result of her leadership skills, Nandini’s teams have demonstrated consistent growth and have received accolades across multiple markets. During her career at GlobalLogic, Nandini has won multiple CEO Awards for leadership excellence and sales support. She has established Noida as an excellence center for Data Analytics, Cloud and Mobile technologies; excellence center for eCommerce and Telecom verticals; has enhanced team productivity; and substantially increased customer satisfaction. She nurtured the Design group at Noida that plays a pivotal role in Design led engineering for the consumer and enterprise world. She is also actively involved in global strategy initiatives, from organizing proof-of-concept contests as part of GlobalLogic’s Innovation Seeding Group (an employee idea incubator) to managing the delivery talent pipeline for the company’s 13 global engineering centers. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Nandini held engineering and business management positions with leading technology companies such as Interra Information Technologies and Tata Unisys (now Tata Consultancy Services). While at Interra, she established the company’s mobile competency and enterprise application integration practice, and she played a vital role in its ISO and CMM Level 5 certification processes. She also introduced a new service offering based on open source and freeware technologies that was an instant success with Interra’s key clients and created several new opportunities for the company. A topper at Delhi University, Nandini pursued her B.Sc. in Mathematics and later pursued her MCA from Delhi University. She is a frequent speaker at technology conferences hosted by thought leadership groups such as NASSCOM, Times Group, and SiliconIndia. Her hobbies include watching movies, which she says is a huge stress buster for her. She also loves to go shopping with her daughter and watching sports with her son. Sunil Goyal Sunil is the Chief Operating Officer at Sopra Group’s India delivery centre in Noida. Sopra India is part of the Billion Euro Sopra group, headquartered in Paris. Sopra Group is one of the top 3 European IT services company in France. Prior to this Sunil had a fascinating Entrepreneurial journey and had co-founded Momentum Technologies in 1993 with another colleague from Wipro. Momentum became part of Sopra group in 2005 as part of an acquisition. Sunil has more than 25 Years of experience in Information Technology. He has played a key role in setting up the operations and establishing key practices at Momentum and Sopra. Sunil’s Primary responsibility is to manage operations of the Global Delivery Centre at Sopra India and is directly handling Talent related functions. He is also very closely involved in various initiatives of NASSCOM. Prior to co-founding Momentum, Sunil worked with Wipro and UB Group. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from IIT, Roorkee. Sunil is also currently the Co-Chair of NASSCOM’s Regional council in Noida. Sunil is a keen student of life. Salman Mohammad Salman Mohammad is a business leader with 29 years’ experience who has successfully built, nurtured and led large operations delivering value to customers globally. As a P&L owner, he has managed all aspects of the business life cycle. This includes ownership of Operations including Delivery, Sales & Business development, and creation of competency in the form of functional and technical expertise across a variety of Vertical and technology platforms. He has also been involved with building and growing start-up ventures in the fields of Technology and Process outsourcing. He has been actively involved in the formulation and execution of overall Business strategy for the organisations he has worked for, over the past few years. Has the ability to analyze key business levers and develop strategies to grow the revenue, margin and cash flow. Possesses sound people-handling and relationship management skills, enabling him to engage successfully with both employees and customers. Has actively mentored a large employee base, on a regular basis. He is an alumnus of DCE and FMS. He is extremely passionate about ‘classical cricket’ and golf. Sriparna Ganguly Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri is a Development Professional whose interests lie in areas intersecting gender, women’s political rights and governance. She has worked with rural women who are constitutionally elected to Gram Panchayats and developed programs to strengthen their leadership. Sriparna has also been instrumental in building federations of elected women across India which advocate for better policies for women in rural politics. Currently she works with grassroots political leaders, both men and women, and is supporting them in building a national federation of Panchayat leaders. Sriparna has presented her work in national and international forums and takes keen interest in archiving the successes and challenges of rural elected women. With a career spanning over 27 years, Sriparna has worked both in the corporate and the development sector. Sriparna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA and a Bachelor in Mathematical Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College. She is also the alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education. Shyama Chakraborty Shyama is a Sr. Vice president at QAI with rich experience in Software and Systems engineering. She has been training and consulting in Human capital management and Software process improvement. She has trained a few thousand professionals in Quality, Process management, international frameworks and models for People management and Process improvement and several Software engineering topics Having started her career in 1990, over the years she has moved up to handle a business role and is responsible for Key account management for many large accounts. She is a B.E. in (Electronics and Telecommunication), Tick IT/ ISO Lead auditor, ITIL certified, Trained by CMMI institute on CMMi-DEV, CMMI-SVC and PCMM. She Been part of the review panel for various testing and Project management conferences As a person she is a small town girl at heart enriched with learnings from her parents, teachers, nature, society and everything that she ever comes across. She is an ardent reader and believes in accepting and loving all and everything around, as a way of life. This keeps her going…and going stronger by the day! Shalini Chopra Shalini is the founder of ‘Mentoring the WISE’ and the COO of ‘The Final Flourish’. A highly self-aware person full of grit and determination, Shalini has always been an ambitious and a compassionate person.In her 17 years of career she has lead and been part of many diverse functions including Workforce Management, Program Management, Account Management. She was a fast tracker, in her career, and became the youngest Associate Director in a Fortune 50 company. Having lead large teams across different countries, stakeholder management has been her differentiator.Having lived and worked with different countries like USA, UK, Netherlands, Australia, UAE and India, she has a deep sense of cultural aspects and diversity.Her close involvement with various gender diversity and inclusion programs further strengthened her belief that Women and Men complement each other in every aspect of life for professional and personal progress. SUSHMITA CHAKRAVARTI Sushmita Chakravarti is a multi facted lady who has been involved in diverse fields. Her altruistic nature lead her to be actively involved in CSR activities pan India for years now. She was an Associate Director with CSC till recently. Having lead very large teams, her ability to mingle with people is her strength.In her leadership roles she has guided and mentored several professionals across various age groups. Sushmita has also been actively involved in Business development, CMMi, Diversity, Mentoring and other organization-level initiatives. She has spent several years living in countries like England , Australia and Indonesia and has worked extensilvely with clients from Europe as well. She is a keen follower of music and loves to attend recitals and other musical events. RAJEEV ARORA Rajeev Arora has been part of the senior leadership in world leading IT organizations and held multiple responsibilities in parallel on multiple technology / industry platforms in a continuously changing services landscape for over 34 years. His responsibilities have included business development, customer management, software delivery services, people development and all aspects of operations management. He has been responsible for setting up and managing large centers of excellence from scratch.His achievements include building and leading teams which delighted customers across the continents. His experience includes the following: Sr. Exec, IBM India Ltd. COO, Keane India Ltd. SVP, Polaris Software Ltd. VP, Tata Consultancy Services He is a man with a green thumb. Of late he is also venturing into photography. NEERAJ GAURI Neeraj is the CEO of The Final Flourish and an Executive Coach. He is an authentic leader who comes with over 27 years of industry experience. His progressive style of leadership propelled him to lead the APAC Operations of $2 billion company, when he was less than 10 years in the industry. He has been in Senior Leadership roles in companies like Dell, TCS and HCL to name a few. He also lead the Global Workforce Management function of more than 4000 people across geographies. He has also lead the Manufacturing Vertical for Application Services and set up the 100 plus strong JDE Practise. He has lead functions like Solution Design and Business Strategy as well. Empathy, Lateral Thinking and understanding of people have been his key strengths. He believes that “every person has immense strengths and as leaders it is our responsibility to help them harness those strengths”. Having been in Leadership roles and lived in countries like Australia, USA, UK India, he has a diverse outlook to people orientation and cultures. He has mentored many women and helped them progress, by leveraging their strengths, even before they were confident of themselves.
